What credits buy

One credit is $0.10, and it's the unit we deduct:

• 7 credits is the automatic way: hand us a photo (or just describe it) and we do every step for you. One flat price for every kind of model.
• From 5 credits is step by step, if you'd rather do it yourself: the 3D model is 5, preparing your photo is 1 more, and each extra view we build is 1. Skip what you don't need.
• 2 credits to download another creator's model, or 4 for a Gold one.
• Free. The Studio editor, Prepare for print, scaled exports, and downloading anything you made yourself.

Every model is fully coloured; colour is never an extra charge.

The packages

Bigger packs cost less per credit. Every package is valid for 12 months from purchase.

• 45 credits for $5 ($0.111 per credit). Roughly 6 models.
• 100 credits for $10 ($0.10 per credit). Roughly 14 models.
• 280 credits for $25 ($0.089 per credit). Roughly 40 models. Best value.
• 580 credits for $50 ($0.086 per credit). Roughly 82 models.

However you spend a pack (creating, or downloading someone else's work) it's one flexible balance. You decide the mix.

Credits and the Membership

Credits and membership downloads are two different pots. Credits you bought are yours until you spend them. A Membership adds 60 free downloads a month (including 5 Gold), which reset each month and don't roll over. Re-downloading a model you already have is always free, and so is downloading anything you made yourself.

12-month validity

Credits stay valid for 12 months from the day you buy the package. Buy a pack today, use it next month or next year, any time within that window.

We may adjust the credit-to-action ratio (how many credits a specific action costs) with at least 30 days' notice. Your credit balance stays the same; what you can buy with it might shift if our wholesale AI costs change materially. This protects against AI provider price increases without changing how many credits you own.

Running out

If you try to create and don't have enough credits, you'll see a prompt to buy another package. There's no separate "top-up" system; buying a package is the top-up.

Refunds

Unused credit packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been spent. Once you've used any portion of the pack the purchase is non-refundable, because the credits go to AI provider costs in real time.

How to buy

Open /billing and pick a pack. Stripe Checkout handles the payment; the credits land on your account within seconds of a successful charge, and every purchase shows up in your invoice history.
