Billing
Creating and downloading are paid with credits. On top of that there is one optional subscription, the Membership. This page covers the Membership: what it includes, how renewal works, and how to cancel. For the credits themselves, see Packages.
What costs nothing
Quite a lot, and none of it needs a subscription:
- Browsing Community models. Every public model, in the 3D viewer, as much as you like.
- The whole Studio. Editing, repairing, sculpting, painting, and exporting your own work. Free forever, for everyone.
- Downloading your own models. At any scale, in any format, as many times as you want.
- 50 credits when you sign up. A one-time gift: 3 of them are free creations so you can test the AI, and the rest are for downloading models.
The Membership at $10/month
The Membership is for people who download a lot of other people's work. It is optional, and it includes:
- 60 community downloads every month, including up to 5 Gold-model downloads.
- 20% off every credit pack.
- 25 GB of storage, against 2 GB without a membership.
- Priority support.
The Membership does not include creation credits. Creating is paid per use from a credit package, so your spending is always under your control. See the pricing page for the full picture.
Auto-renewal
The Membership renews automatically each month at the then-current price, charged to your saved payment method, with an email receipt every time. Cancel auto-renewal from Billing settings. Your access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops back to the free platform.
Your monthly downloads reset at the start of each billing period; they don't roll over. Credits you bought in a package are separate: those stay valid for 12 months regardless of your membership.
Refunds and cancellation
- Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. No prorated refund for the unused portion, but no further charges either.
- Credit-package refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been spent. See Packages → Refunds.
- Generated outputs are non-refundable once the credits have been consumed, even if the AI output isn't what you hoped for. Re-runs cost credits each time, same as every other AI service. (A failed generation isn't charged at all.)
Invoices + payment method
Every successful charge gets an automatic email receipt and an invoice you can reach from /billing. Card storage and fraud prevention are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we retry over 7 days and email you each time. After 7 days of failed retries the membership pauses and your account drops back to the free platform until you update payment. Your library and any credits you've bought stay intact.
